validate_candidate
AsyncMethod
This is a method of the ReloadValidationProtocol class in the config module.Build/boot the candidate from
new_config and pre-flight it.
Must not stop or mutate the live runtime; on any failure return a
report with ok=False and the reason(s) so the caller keeps the
previous config serving.
