Method
This is a method of the BotMessage class in the protocols module.Text for the agent turn, with any resolved quote rendered inline. When the user replied to or quoted an earlier message, the resolved reference (:attr:
quoted) is rendered as a compact quoted block above
the new text so the model can honour the referent, e.g.::
[In reply to: “Here are three options: 1) … 2) … 3) …”]

With no quote this is identical to :attr:text. The quoted content is
injected as context only, never as a control frame — consistent with
the allow_control primitive.
