This poster represents the study of the expansion rate of water droplets upon freezing, relevant to the cryopreservation field. The study uses Digital Holography Interferometry (DHI) to monitor droplet expansion and temperature during freezing. A custom-made 3D printed device was used for the experiment, and the data obtained was processed and analyzed using a MATLAB program.
