Machina Labs – Company Overview

Company One-Liner: Machina Labs is uniquely leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, and material science to materially change the $234B formative manufacturing / sheet metal forming sector for the first time since Henry Ford introduced the assembly line.

Company Mission: Build the factories of the future by developing core technology innovation in robotics and AI, unlocking an unprecedented combination of agility, precision, automation, and scale in formative manufacturing.

Opportunity Overview: Despite this round’s investor syndicate being one of the most impressive I’ve ever seen, the valuation is extremely reasonable given their revenue traction, blue-chip commercial and government customers, and recently being awarded a +/- $75M contract from the DoD.

Given the size of the market and how little innovation there has been in formative manufacturing / sheet metal forming in the last 100 years, Machina Labs is an asymmetric upside bet on American ingenuity driving a software-first industrial revolution.
