What’s Next?: Wander aims to consolidate the top 1% of vacation rentals in the world, which generates 35% of all vacation rental revenue, under their operating portfolio.
Now that Wander has established it’s best-in-class short-term rental vacation experience for high-end locations, they are ready to scale dramatically. To do so, they recently launched the Wander REIT, which gives investors the opportunity to cash in on the attractive economics of high-end vacation rentals while enabling Wander to achieve scale faster and in a less capital intensive way.
Shared high-end rental experience, real brand value, and the opportunity for shared economics makes a very compelling flywheel that, in my opinion, has a clear path to becoming a PropTech Unicorn.
