Input for inbound platform-event hooks (Issue #5161).

Carries a normalised, non-message platform event — a reaction, edit,
deletion, membership change or thread creation — to
`REACTION_RECEIVED` / `MESSAGE_EDITED` / `MESSAGE_DELETED` /
`MEMBER_JOINED` / `MEMBER_LEFT` / `THREAD_CREATED` hooks. Fields mirror
:class:`~praisonaiagents.bots.protocols.PlatformEvent`; the `kind` field
disambiguates reaction add vs remove within `REACTION_RECEIVED`. Emitted
by `MessageHookMixin.fire_platform_event` (praisonai-bot).
